This website has been a long time coming. To be perfectly frank, it should have been here in 2023/4 but ADHD is a W O N D E R F U L thing! A lot of faffing around trying to work out problems that had easy solutions in hindsight, organising all the uploads of hundreds of thousands of pictures, the trying to find decent website hosts in the first place and finally overcoming the shortfalls of the various platforms that I eventually pick. Zenfolio has some niggles I'm trying to pin down. Sharing one gallery over several albums doesn't seem to be a thing so trying to figure out the best way forward on that rather than expect folks to go through thousands in one album and such.

After MUCH faff, we're finally in the beta branch, ready to go live sans the last few event pictures and albums I'm uploading as I write this at half 3 in the morning, to be finished by the end of today, the 6th of April. It's a relief to get it done for the majority. There's still a fair amount to do, fixing galleries, getting beta viewers in to test/break the site for me to fix, testing how the galleries work here compared to Flickr and such. It's a process but we're at the last stretch, I can't wait for the inevitable final part and full release after beating up the bugs for insubordination and happy slapping any problems down to a hopefully non rocky launch!

Within the week all going well. Soooooooooooon...
